Practice Wellbeing - Key to Optimal Health

Practicing being well, over the previous 2 levels of care, leads you to this point in care-wellbeing as a lifestyle or habit. Just as athletes or musicians need to practice in order to perform at a certain level, that's what our patients do over the first 2 levels of care in order to perform at the level of Optimal Health and Wellbeing in their lives. 

Once your body has been practicing the lessons learned in the first 2 levels of care for sometime, less frequent, routine Network care can help ensure that your old, automatic tension patterns do not return and keep your body in optimal condition. Just like continuing an exercise program and eating well in order to sustain the benefits of exercise and proper diet, it is necessary to continue care to ensure the health and continued growth of your body and mind.
