Just as athletes or musicians need to practice in order to perform at a certain level, that's what our patients do over the first 2 levels of care in order to perform at the level of Optimal Health and Wellbeing in their lives.
Once your body has been practicing the lessons learned in the first 2 levels of care for sometime, less frequent, routine Network care can help ensure that your old, automatic tension patterns do not return and keep your body in optimal condition.
